Utilizing advanced construction technology for seaside land reclaimation, Saigon SunBay will be approximately 600 hectares. Located only 50km South-East from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon SunBay will be, after completion, the finest tourist sea city in the country. Legal documents

1. Official document No. 6260/UB-DA signed by Vice chairman of Ho Chi Minh city People's Committee Nguyen Van Dua on October 20, 2004, in which Can Gio Tourist City Corporation was assigned to be the main investor of the project Cangio Tourist city on reclaimed land.

2. Decision No. 121/2005/QĐ-UB dated July 12, 2005 of Ho Chi Minh city People's Committee approving the detailed construction plan adjustment - scale 1/2000 of Cangio Tourist city on reclaimed land.

3. Decision No. 709/QĐ-UBND dated September 09, 2006 of Can Gio District People's Committee has approved "The general plan of compensation surface clearance in the project of reclaimed land and Can Gio Tourist city".
