Ha Long Star is a 125-hectare development of luxurious hotels and residential properties overlooking Ha Long Bay – a UNESCO World Heritage Site on Vietnam’s north-east coast. Situated 250 metres above the country’s premier tourist destination, Ha Long Star will include a cultural arts village, shopping and commercial districts and a hospitality school. The $220m development will draw inspiration from traditional Vietnamese, French colonial and modern Asian architectural design, with landscaped grounds enhancing the area’s natural beauty. The project is a joint venture between Limitless, Phuong Hung Joint Stock Company and International Property Investment Partners.
Project background
The introduction of the region’s first five-star hotel will enhance Halong Bay’s status as a luxury destination, and meet a growing demand among visitors and residents. The project is the first for Limitless in South East Asia, one of the company’s key markets.
